We can find silence in the loudest room. We can find anger in the most serene hands. How willing are we to find anything at all? Is it justifiable to find nothing? Can nothing exist in something? They say blank out your mind.... clear your thoughts and find peace. Most of us find that hard. Most of us find it difficult to avoid the knocking. To ignore it.
But is it weird to find yourself in such hollowness often? To find comfort in absolute nothing? To find yourself at ease in complete darkness? Is it something to feel guilt towards? To feel bad? To feel unworthy?

I think many people find enjoyment in not only the feeling of "blankness" that you describe but also take a somewhat masochistic pleasure in being unhappy, in that isolation of depression. The problem is that other people (extroverts) find it difficult to believe that one could be happy without constant company. It's as if being alone is something that is often looked down upon in many societies, it's not considered normal - and it can be hard to ignore the people with that mentality as they are the majority. Pretty sad.
I do not know if it's just me or if everybody else encountering
problems with your website. It appears like some of the written text on your posts
are running off the screen. Can someone else please comment
and let me know if this is happening to them too? This may
be a problem with my internet browser because I've had this happen before.
Thank you
